Here you can learn a little bit about each of the members that make up the Water Walkers. We do more than just ski, and this is our chance to showcase that and allow you to get to know us a little bit better.Only first names, last initials, and pictures are listed here for the safety of our skiiers. If the skiier is over 18 a school or university may be present due to their request/consent.

Aaron B - Skier and Show Director
Thoughts on skiing and the team: Skiing is the greatest way to spend time after work in the summer.
Besides skiing: I like to ski, ski, play guitar, sing, camp, shoot pool, ride motorcycles and ski. (I really like to ski).
Crystal B - Skier
Thoughts on skiing and the team: I love love love skiing, ever since I joined the team last year I've loved it! Super fun - enough said.
Besides skiing: I work at Culvers, love being active, tanning, and of course, having fun.
Anna F - Skier
Thoughts on skiing and the team: At first I wasn't sure what I was getting myself into but now I'm glad I joined because I've learned so much!
Besides skiing: I love to hang out with my friends.
Janelle G - Skier
Thoughts on skiing and the team: I love show skiing, but I really enjoy just skiing with my dad on the WI river by our house. I love glassy water!
Besides skiing: I figure skate and coach for the Mosinee Silverblades. I learned to snowboard two winters ago and love it.
Scott G - Skier
Thoughts on skiing and the team: I have been skiing with the team for 4 years and have been skiing for about 35 years prior. I was show director in 2009 and this year I am assistant show director with my daughter. I am vice president of site and equipment. I fix and repair skis, docks, and other equipment for the team. My favorite place to water ski is on the Wisconsin River by my house.
Besides skiing: In my spare time I can be found at Domtar Paper Company usually thinking about something associated with waterskiing.
Jared G - Skier
Thoughts on skiing and the team: I enjoy being able to ski with my two daughets, Kailey and Brianna.
Besides skiing: I enjoy golfing, playing basketball, camping, fishing, and spending time with my family.
Kailey G - Skier
Thoughts on skiing and the team: I'm a solid skiier working on slaloming and becoming a part of our team's ballet line.
Besides skiing: I play basketball, volleyball, do a lot of artwork, babysitting, cooking, singing, and swimming.
Brianna G - Skier
Thoughts on skiing and the team: Skiing is very fun, except for when I fall (who likes that?).
Besides skiing: I play basketball, wrestle, and like to play with my baby brother.
Travis H - Skier
Thoughts on skiing and the team: I enjoy waterskiing and trying new stunts! I also wakeboard in my free time, but not in the shows.
Besides skiing: I also snowboard, and play drums, guitar, and bass guitar.
Other information: I graduated from D.C.Everest in 2009.
Grace L - Skier
Thoughts on skiing and the team: I love skiing, and I wouldn't give it up for anything. The team is made up of most of my best friends, and we're one big happy family.
Besides skiing: I work at the IGA, and in the winter I snowboard and figure skate.
Other information: This is my 9th summer on the team and I'll be a senior in high school next year.
Bob M - Skier
Thoughts on skiing and the team: Hopefully I can ski the rest of my life.
Besides skiing: I swim, play basketball and bowl in two leagues (possibly three next year).
Other information: My highest bowling game this year was 235.
Hailey N - Skier
Thoughts on skiing and the team: It's a wonderful skill to have - there's so many fun things to learn. The team's a great family. (:
Besides skiing: I play bass guitar, and alto clarinet in band. I love photography, cross country, Lacrosse, and life guarding.
Other information: I'm a junior!
Mel N - Skier
Thoughts on skiing and the team: It's a great family team and a lot of fun.
Besides skiing: I love to run, play tennis, and swim as well.
Ali S - Skier
Thoughts on skiing and the team: I just love to ski!
Besides skiing: I am Program Director at YMCA Camp Sturtevant in my tenth year there.
Other information: I'm a seventh grade English teacher.
Jamey S - Skier
Thoughts on skiing and the team: I feel good when I'm skiing.
Besides skiing: Work.
Alecia S - Skier
Thoughts on skiing and the team: I love to water ski in the summer, of course, and my favorite act that I do is strap trios.
Besides skiing: I like to volunteer and I would do more of it if I could. I am also obsessed with shopping and I love to go to malls and spend a ton of money on clothes and shoes.
Other information: My favorite colors are blue, green and pink; they are the colors of my swivel rope. Lastly, I would like to thank all my friends and family for supporting me in everything I do. Thanks guys! (:
Evelyn Swift - Skier
Thoughts on skiing and the team: It's a lot of fun; I love skiing and this team.
Besides skiing: I'm HUGE into gymnastics.
Other information: I'm going into seventh grade.
Adam W - Skier
Thoughts on skiing and the team: I love water skiing! One of my favorite things to do is the strap trios with Alecia and Casey!
Besides skiing: In the winter I am on a bowling league and during the summer I love to watch baseball and travel as well. I also love hanging out with friends and every summer I look forward to watching the Wisconsin state water ski show in Rapids!
Other information: I graduated from Wausau East in 2005. I am currently working as an electrician.
Alissandra Y - Skier
Thoughts on skiing and the team: This is my 6th year on the team and I love it. My summer wouldn't be summer without waterskiing. I'm hoping to learn how to climb pyramids soon.
Besides skiing: I stage manage many of my school's own drama & community theater productions, play tennis, and participate in various other clubs.
Other information: My favorite things are hanging out with friends, and being on the Water Walkers team.
Haley Y - Skier and Website Manager
Thoughts on skiing and the team: I've been on the team for almost six years. I have now learned to slalom, and hopefully barefooting will come next. I love the Water Walkers so much - they're my outlet in the summer, the reason I long for the time when school gets out. I've always thought of us as a huge family - only sometimes a little dysfunctional.
Besides skiing: In my free time I figure skate and am beginning to love tennis a lot, as well as run three websites (counting the one you see before you). My biggest love besides skiing, however, is writing. I hope to be an author and write just about constantly, even just in my head. :)
Other information: I love all of my friends to death. And I always have to thank the wonderful people who base me in the pyramids (I get the 'wow's and the credit, but they deserve it way more than me) - ♥!
