Lake Wausau

The Water Walkers ski Sunday evenings June through August at 6 p.m. on Lake Wausau, at DC Everest Park, which is next to the Eagle's Club at the end of South Third Avenue off of Thomas Street.

• From Hwy 51/I 39 take the N exit and follow it East.
• Turn right onto South Third Avenue to the end of the road.
• Parking is on the right, the bleacher area is on the left.
• Bleachers are provided, but you might want to bring a chair of your own.
• The club operates a concession stand with food, snacks, beverages and candy.
• Admission is free and donations are accepted.

Lake Dubay

The Water Walkers ski Thursday evenings in July and August at 6 p.m. near the South Shore boat landing by the dam.

• From Hwy 51/I39 take the DB exit and turn West.
• Turn left at the next road, Park Road, and turn into the parking lot at 4480 Park Road.
• Park in the parking lot and walk through the gate toward the dock area.
• Bring your own chair or blanket to sit on and sun glasses or a visor to enjoy the sun setting on the final pyramid.
• A limited concession stand is available that includes snacks, candy and beverages.
• Admission is free and donations are accepted.
